Blumoon is proudly offering after-sales repair services to valued customers. In our after-sales repair offer includes:

  • Replacement of missing stones
  • Repair/replacement of clasp
  1. Please note we only provide the repair services in the following conditions:
  • We have all the spare parts available that will be required during a repair.
  • The product is in its original condition with no self-repairing from the customer.
  • The product is present in its proper functionality with no damage.
  1. Repair takes 2-3 working days, so be patient.

COST:

The repairing cost depends on defect type, so we cannot confirm the exact amount without physically inspecting the product. We care for our valued customers, so we will not charge any extra. We only take money that incurred costs of repair, with no markup. Blumoon is only taking 

easy-to-pay charges. For the more budget trendy/fashion type articles, we never recommend seeking repair after its useful life is complete. It may be better to purchase something new instead of spending money on any old product.

HOW TO:

If you would like to take advantage of our after-sales service, please return your article to our office that is in Islamabad to handle service requests: 

We will give you a receipt that you need to present at the time of return. Your item must be collected within one month after the repair is complete, after which Blumoon will not be responsible for any claims.

PLEASE NOTE:      

  • We cannot assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to package it well (preferably its original packing) and send it through a reputable courier company.
  • Please provide us your correct contact details and address for its return.
  • After the repair, we will deliver your article to you through our courier service on a Cash on Delivery basis. You will need to settle the charge for 1) Repair and 2) Return Courier cost.
